This registration is only for public service officers and officers serving in Statutory Boards, restructured hospitals and government-aided schools to obtain the Public Service Sports & Family Day (PSSFD) group QR entry code for themselves and their family members. Registration will be considered accepted if you sign-up using your office email address. Ensure the email address you entered during the registration process is correct. You won't receive the QR code if the email address you entered is incorrect or has a typo. Each public service officer is allowed to register a family of maximum 5 members (including the public service officer). Only one QR code will be emailed to the public service officer (registrant) regardless of family members registered. The same QR code will be scanned for redemption of goody bags / freebies by family members.
